Cakewalk Sonar Producer Edition

As a long-time user of Cakewalk DAWS (I’ve been with them since just about the start) I really think they’ve done a great job in progressing the application. Sonar is a brilliantly comprehensive and professional app that provides, in addition to a superb DAW environment, mastering effects, soft synths (including the full version of Z3ta+, light versions of both Rapture and Dimension, Pentagon I, PSYN II, RXP groove instrument with REX file support and more), Audiosnap, ACT technology, realtime pitch-shifting and wave-form editing inside the application. Here’s a short track made with some of the included soft synths and effects – mostly Z3ta+ & Pentagon 1 – Quadruplex.
